probably just remnant elune worship. wasn’t suramar kinda the capitol of elune worship? the main temple being considered a part of suramar, despite being in val’sharah in legion.
or they could have moved to some near-faithless worship of general spirituality.
Well, the nightborne came from night elven culture, and Elune is pretty difficult to snuff out. The lore I had for my priest was that she had been a devoted priestess of Elune, and when the bubble went up, she maintained her faith and silently prayed as she had been changed by the arcane. I also imagine the nightborne are gonna be how the Horde gets more of a thorough understanding of Elune as a general note.
Alot of them share the same worshiping of elune so I can see that.
There’s no lore behind anything at this point when it comes to classes and specs. If Taurens can be Paladins then a pig can be a helicopter
in my opinion, nightborne priests are just a small group of people who stayed faithful to elune even after the walling off a Suramar. You can see some nightborne’s praying to a statue that has a moon-like staff in the Nighthold Raid. so overall, they exist, they are just a small minority within Suramar.
