How can i disable this popup? It shows for every character that logs in, even after I have logged in and seen it before on that character.
What popup.
Sounds like the one that pops up when a new patch or important content is added to the game. I got it on all my characters as well, though none have had the issue the OP is reporting.

Yeah, it happens every login on every character. Is there a cvar or adjustment that i can make to fix it?
Not likely ull just have to click thru them.
Have you tried the usual suspects?
- Exit game, delete cache folder, disable addons, see if that works
- Do a full UI reset
Sounds like something keeps triggering it and oddly, the cache folder or addons can do this sometimes.

yes, i have done all that
I’m out of ideas. The other issues I’ve seen with this have all been addon related, one was a Weak Aura. You could try submitting a ticket.
Another suggestion I’d give is launch the BNet launcher as administrator, then launch the game under it. Or, conversely, launch the game by itself as admin, without the BNet launcher. It sounds like something’s not saving to mark your characters as having seen those popups.
