2. Paying Blizz to let me start at 58?

2 costs a lot less time and money and the amount I learn about my character is about the same.

Honestly if I didnt want to play my warlock in classic now, I would have just waited for the paid boost. Time and Money.

You already started. Why are you pretending you WILL start several months from now.

More important, you say you don’t want to level up in Classic Vanilla. You want to pay to be carried instead. Blizzard isn’t designing anything for you.

You don’t have to play Classic Vanilla to “learn about your character”. You can do that in retail. That’s how I did it. That’s how millions of others did it.

The whole argument “players that start in TBC have never played WoW before” is simply false.

Besides, at 58 they are still 12 levels from endgame. I think a good MMO player from FFXIV can figure out how to play his WoW character in 12 levels.

is better, imo, because it encourages interaction with others who are playing the game, immersed in the game world.

I guess the process of forming the party and trading gold is technically interacting.

As far as immersion…
