As a lore nerd: A LIBRARY TAB that stores all the books I’ve been hoardi… er… saving all these years (we got a LOT in DF alone). Or just a one-stop place to find out, “oh hey, what’s this place about?” Or “who is that person and why should I care about them?” for non-dungeon/raid related content. (I’d still save those books though. But it’s a me problem, I accept that.)
Right now though? I’d love an event reminder timer thingy so I don’t have to look elsewhere. The NPC in Valdrakken that tells me Dragonsbane Keep is about to go down is nice, but I’d prefer to not to go to other websites to find out when certain events, like Researchers Under Fire is going to happen so I should head down into the caverns soon. I can spreadsheet this, I guess… but…

I think that the expectations for player housing are too high and too specific for the many different players. So: I’d propose guild housing that starts with a dalaran-like floating island and we ask for stuff that can slowly get added by patch and expansion.
I saw a preview of the war within and there are a bunch of wants solved, like an account wide reagent tab.
During the Night Fae campaign in SL, they had a voice acted ‘play’ to recap the events of Legion and BFA. I’d love if they added this to the start for new players, as a silly recap for people to view, that expands as expansions get added.

Not only can you transmog every time you get a new piece of gear, you can do repairs on the go and use it to clear your bags of junk while in outdoor raids!
I just bought mine on the 6th of last month on the advice of another poster and it has been so worth the price! (And I am a miser!)
