What would be the problem of blue eyes on Blood Elves?

oh absolutely. like i said, i know this, you know this, but we’ve already realized alliance isnt getting playable high elves. these people who are unsubbing, have just realized it.

But they’ve been part of the horde for like 14 years.

then how can they be alliance high elves if they’ve been on the horde for 14years?

Any options the Alliance players can think of for High Elves should be added to Blood Elves for customization.

They are High Elves. They still live in Silvermoon. They are only changed by name, nothing else. If I change my name IRL, I am still me.

High Elves were added to the game during TBC and they are Horde. It was bad enough you got the model on Alliance side as Void Elves.

You talk about players of 15 years wanting to quit because of BEs getting blue eyes?

What if I pull out the I will quit playing if Blizz added a Horde race to Alliance with blue eyes? Along with many other Horde players who are dedicated to their Blood Elves and their past and future story.

high elves were added to the game in vanilla. then the devs made the horde their own flavor high elf, called them blood elves, but still left some on the alliance. those are the ones we are referring to.

You understand they are high elves because of their race, correct?

i dont mind if you get blue eyes. i’ve long since given up the idea of alliance high elves. i’ve been promoting alliance half elves instead, but most helfers are high elves or bust. so i guess it just busted.

absolutely. why do you ask?

If I have 5 golden retrievers inside, and I let 4 of them out, are they all still golden retrievers?

They are the same people. Alliance High Elves are the same as Horde Blood Elves.

Just because those elves are around Alliance as neutral doesn’t make them Alliance. Just as much as Horde races being neutral around Alliance doesn’t make them Alliance.

Void Elves are the closest Alliance should get. Anything else should be a Horde customization. Since Horde has the majority of the High Elves, City and Sunwell.

if my dog has a litter of puppies. then one day i give most of them to a neighbor but keep a couple for myself, does that mean the couple i kept are my neighbors?

Don’t try to derail this.

Are they still golden retrievers or not?

They are, but they are neighbors puppies. The ones who are with neighbors and not Horde.

i agree, horde blood elves should have any logical customization including blue eyes. you’re preaching to the choir. that’s not what the issue actually is though, for the people who are unsubbing. they are unsubbing because they’ve suddenly realized they are never gonna get alliance playable high elves. it makes ya feel like an idiot for having hope

of course they are still golden retrievers. i’ve said repeatedly i know they are all the same race.

I don’t understand why they had hope. It’s almost like they were told a ton of times “No”

Yet they dig into any small words they can in interviews and blow them up in their minds.

well thats why people who wanted playable maghar were excited too, because ion mentioned brown orcs as a playable race in the same sentence as playable high elves. shall we now berate them for taking him at his word?

Yes, considering he has more recently said Alliance wasn’t getting high elves and if you wanted fair skinned elves to play horde.

and then in the very next sentence said, but anything’s possible, but no playable high elves in the near future. man he shoulda just said no.

I guess we shouldn’t trust:

-The entirety of Orgrimmar
-Thrall
-Rexxar
-Gnomes
-Humans
-Dwarves
-Kul Tirans
-Trolls
-Goblins

And everything else in the visions. Void Elves can be trusted, it’s just when N’zoth is entirely free, bad stuff happens to people who are vulnerable.
