There is nothing you can buy with honor except for what is on the SL honor vendor. Everything from previous xpacs takes marks of honor.
It would be nice if you could buy marks of honor for honor, but as of right now, honor is effectively worthless once you buy your legendary and upgrade everything to 197.

This necessarily isn’t true. Though much of the previous pvp gear costs marks of honor, the Corrupted Aspirant Vendor offers that gear for honor and gold.

Nope. Its taking me 4k honor to upgrade 1 piece from 220-226. Its a pita.
