I hit 70 last night. I’m 1600 in 2s so I have this Draconic mark of mastery.
I have the conquest weapon and everything else is full honor gear.
What is the best way to gear up? Should I use the draconic and buy the helm and then craft 2 pieces of 450 gear with embelishments and buy the rest with conquest? Or what’s the best way for monks to get their set bonus and what pieces should be crafted and bought.
it depends on the class/spec
quite a few specs don’t get 4 set, they just care about 2 set
either way, you should use the mark on the BiS tier piece
from there, depending on 2 set or 4 set, you should have 2 free PvP trophies so you should look what your best embellishments are
if you’re MW it’s prob precog and something else, WW is prob sephuz and something else
I’m a fan of buying a 875 piece (helm, chest, legs) with the mark.
Another issue is none of the tier pieces I can buy have the stats I need. They don’t have vers on them.
if your 2/4 set is worth then you’ll give up vers to get it

MW. I bought the chest piece. Now what are the best pieces to craft? Pieces that arent apart of sets? Or should I do things like belts and boots.

I have a greater trophy of conquest and a trophy of conquest
the top 2 MW in SS crafted the leather boots with mastery/vers and precog embellishment and the leather legs mastery/vers no embellishment
second embellishment looks to be the sporecloak so you’ll buy that later
also looks like they play 4 set
