Zaralek isn’t actually under the dragon isles. It’s off to the side. The long tunnels down are a hidden loading screen which is why you can get stuck on a wall if your computer doesn’t load it fast enough.
Mmm, I’ve definitely heard it before. Maybe it’s specifically in the tunnel that it can happen and not the cavern proper?

Probably. The tunnels are actually there. The loading screen is literally when the zone name changes deep down the tunnels.
