I played Wrath way back in the day, wanted to finally get into it. I was gonna play an undead death knight but don’t know what server to play on for PvP. I prefer EST timezoned servers but if its behind 3 hours or less, that works too. I also would like a fairly balanced population, 50% to 50% horde to alliance for good pvp fights. Does anyone know any servers I should choose with decent population?
Grobbulus I think is the best you’ll find for balanced PvP, RP or otherwise. Though I’m not so familiar with PvP servers so someone else can probably give better insight. I also haven’t been on the server myself since Wrath prepatch so I’m not entirely sure how it’s looking these days

I’ve heard good things about Grobbulus from my little time researching, probably will start there. Now, considering I wanna be a DK, what is the fastest class to level to reach 55 and roll my dk?
Probably Druid, it’s got all the conveniences you need for smooth leveling, especially on a PvP server. Stealth to get around big groups of mobs and stay hidden from gankers, Balance can clear entire waves of enemies with smart pulling and Hurricane, and being able to fill all 3 roles gives you the best chance at finding a dungeon group

Gonna be honest, I’ve never liked druid. What’s the second best leveling class lol
Hunter has good control and survival tools, aspect of the cheetah for getting around quickly without a mount, aspect of the viper negates the need for water, and your pet can enable you to handle most group quests solo. Only problem is as a dps it’ll be that much worse trying to find a dungeon group, but so few people are leveling alts now that finding a dungeon is a pain regardless of role

Ret Paladin is ez mode and you can os tank dungeons for ez groups

ret palla or prot war is the fastest 1-55, just braindead easy, what every one does on fresh wotlk pservers. 10x faster than hunter. Prot warr just 1 shots packs of mobs, ret you just never oom, high dmg, speed lvl solo questing to 55 for dk creation.
If you want to do any dungeons while you level go to ironforge pro and pick the most populated mega-server you can find. You can check for pvp balance there too.
no one does dung on any server pre 70… 90% Of 100% pve servers are bots and gold buyers that only do end game.
no one does dungs to lvl, you quest 1-55, if u want dk access the fastest.

Well… for balanced pvp server, you have exactly one choice: Grobbulus
The rest of the pvp servers are pretty much just one sided.
Keep in mind all arena matches and arena teams are cross realm.
We have a pally shortage, go pally.
grobb is nice, high pop but not super high for each faction, def the place to go if you wanna pvp (world pvp too, it’s second to none)

I love the faction Alliance the most but love Undead as a race a bit more, makse for a tough decision…
