What level can you start leveling in TBC area?

can i start at 58? or? and will there be enough quests to get to 70 in tbc areas from 58?

Yes, you can accept the quest outside of and enter the dark portal at 58.

You can get 70 and still have a zone or two untouched.

you’ll easily quest 58-70 with no gaps.

my main started at 60 and skipped blade’s edge entirely and most of Netherstorm also.

there’s plenty of extra xp in quests.
