I have a musical spectrum that’s been shaped for years, Mom and dad raised me on classic rock. Got into metal and rap in high school, Grunge when it came on the scene.
I like stuff that moves me,real talent and I’m a sucker for the song sirens with great voices such as Cat Power.

And of course Eminem.
I like old country.
I’m adding it to my list as we speak. I’m right in there with you about all their singers. The ladies are all amazing.

A little bit of everything. 80s stuff has been securing a top spot in the last couple of years though.
I listen to a little bit of everything except country, or more specifically modern country. I don’t actively seek out the older stuff either but I can tolerate it. Growing up in a yeehaw western state you sort of have to build a tolerance for it or you’ll lose your mind.
I was a teen in the early 2000s and it’s still alternative and classic rock for me.
I find I gravitate most towards various forms of Rock. Many of my favorite songs tend to involve heavy and aggressive riffs, from Punk to various forms of Metal:

I listen to other stuff as well; Nujabes, Photek, and various Nu-Metal bands among others. This is the stuff I gravitate to most, however.

pretty much everything except pop country is worth at least a listen.

I listen to pretty much anything but always gravitate to a lot of power metal/ hard rock and EDM usually. Just love the high energy/ fast tempo.
