From the already ingame mounts, I’d LOVE to have the violet pandaren phoenix, but I know it’s never coming back, so it’s just a dream.

I would love one… give it the same cast time as the other mounts. just does not make sense to be limited.
A garbage truck that let you pick up loot by rolling over it. Also it seats two people but they stand on the back on either side.

I have a few! I got my updated Saber models with BFA, so I’m very happy about that. Now Raptors need the same treatment (unarmored, new models)
I also really want a Chariot mount. Or multiple. A raptor chariot, saber chariot, wolf and horse too.
Also it would look funny but those big rabbit guys from the Panda starter area would be cool too 
And for the love of God, an updated Drake model, no armor, no void or other magic. Just plain old drakes.

A palanquin carried by 6 little gnomes. I expect it in time for playable hozen. Then I’d be living the dream!
Vicious Warsaber but I’m too lazy to get good at PvP so I’m grinding for the Priestess Moonsaber which is the next best thing.
Teldrassil Hippogryph is also everything I’ve ever wanted in a flying mount for my Nelf characters so I’m happy about that.

Who would hate that idea? 
The 4-horsemen mount from the DK order hall, preferably with spectral wings that come out for flight. IHATE when horse mounts fly and have no wings or other graphic that activates during flight.
I want a flying ferret. With little goggles and a backpack that has a propellers come out of it when flying.

For ground, an entirely unarmored, high rez cat. Something like the long-removed original epic nelf mounts but to modern art standards.
For air, my mage disc is pretty ideal already.
