A Zergling would be my dream mount, standard version on the ground but with “ling speed” style wings that sprout out for flight. A Mutalisk would be a cool flying mount as well, an Ultralisk might be cool for a ground only mount but it might be a tad too big. A Gnomish reimagining of the Terran vulture bike or siege tank might be interesting as well.
Basically, I want a StarCraft crossover mount.
For me it was the Glacial Tidestorm.
Glad to say that it dropped yesterday.
I just googled what that was and now I wish I was blind for those 10 seconds.

Lots of people have way more characters going, thousands of attempts without luck. I’m only around 500-600 now since Pandaria (not counting rolls), but still.
