Can be horde or alliance pvp/pve whatever is fine just wondering which one has the most players
I imagine it would be Mankrik, Pagle, Benediction. There might be more but these are some of the more populated servers.

I think it’s a little hard to know exactly, and it depends on what you mean, but if you care about data based on raid logs, then Ironforge.Pro (https://ironforge.pro/population/classic/?locale=US) has some data that may be useful.
Grain of salt with these things because you are just drawing off logs reported.
Faerlina(PVP) and Mankrik(PVE) are your 2 main horde servers… Mankirk imo quality wise is better, Faerlina has a slight edge in population. Problem with Faerlina is it was the “streamer server” so it has a lot of those people if you know what I mean… not so much the streamers… but those that follow them around.
Benediction(PVP) and Pagle(PVE) are your 2 main alliance servers. Bene has a slight pop edge but the difference between the 2 aren’t that big of a deal. Probably be happy with either.
Grobbulus is your balanced server that has equal sided factions on a PVP(RP) server. If that is your sort of thing then its great. If this doesn’t matter then you are just getting a diminished experience with the population being cut up. So its not a great server but it has that one thing going for it if that is the sort of thing you go for it.
Whitemane is another horde server worth mentioning but its more or less a Grobbulus sized server but with all the pop on one side.
After that you are in the land of the dying. Probably can mention Arugal if you are into Aussie times for raids. Probably the only thing keeping it floating is its very unique peak time.
