What are those pulsating gold blob bowl like things I see floating here and there?

Might need some context. In-game or elsewhere?
It’s in-game… Seen them a lot too.
They are left from healers that use the Well of Existence essence .
There is also a visual version of it that is a sphere ( indicating it is fully filled with stored healing ).
