Answer depends on bracket entirely.
In this example, if you’re at these ratings in shuffle, you’re below average. Starting MMR is 1940, starter. Meaning that if you go up 160 points from there, you’re 2100. You’re also calling out ANY RATED BRACKET. So 2100 in blitz is a good PvPer?
My cat could get 2100 in blitz.
That’s basically going from 1500->1640. No one thinks that’s good. No one thinks the BM hunters idling around 2200 cr in shuffle are good, same with fury warriors, aff locks, etc.
If it’s in 3s, sure you’re probably alright. But it’s highly context dependent.

Tbf I lurked here for a while and there’s a few peeps who take shots at other players non stop. Amatox happens to be one of those toxic people. So I’ll call him out on it 
somewhat same with Kennie and his back handed comments, but really I don’t mind our Fox Overlord that much.

I think games played matters here too. Being at that rating with 300 games played isn’t the same as being around that rating with 10 or so games played, right?
idk, maybe I’m just being an insecure little b***h right now, but my ret is 1950 with 11 games played and my enh is 1800something with 6 games played. I’d like to think I’m not in the same boat as some of the other people at my rating.
