But it certainly is possible you are right. Perhaps to a new player WoW isn’t fun at all. I guess I’m not the person to ask, I still play both of these games and I wouldn’t argue nostalgia isn’t a major factor for me.
I think they shouldn’t award the mount for 3s at all, or make it the same mount color for both SS and 3s. I believe rewards should be dictated by what players want to play and what is a testament to relevant skill in the game - right now that’s SS and BGB.
I also don’t think that’s going to affect people who are able to get the mount today. A true gladiator should also be able to achieve 2400 + 50 wins in solo shuffle as well.
I believe it will happen eventually, but not during TWW. A change like this will be announced as a revamp for the next expansion. I think the bat will likely be the last 3s exclusive gladiator mount.

I doubt it tbh. The dev team has a lot of high tier arena players who care about the integrity of team play. They’d rather see the game whither away catering to the top rather than listen to the majority of the playerbase.
99.9% Of all rewards/cosmetics/pets/mounts/mogs can be obtained by pressing moonfire one time.

I’ve been having fun in 2’s, but I’ve also had faster shuffle queue pops than 2’s which is concerning.
They don’t. Even mythic mounts you can go back and farm for free. Literally the ONLY thing with any prestige left in the game is the glad mount. I think that’s why so many players hate on it and want it moved from 3s to shuffle.
I DO think shuffle should have a mount, but I also think that there should be more rewards for group community content, not less.
Probably whatever FOTM reroller that gets 2400 while struggling on their “main”.

Maybe I’m too carrot driven but raiding having literally nothing except a feat that doesn’t do anything is somewhat uncompelling.

Just to clarify. You are only talking about the mythic raiding mounts, right? I could have sworn the M+ mounts and titles were seasonal, just like glad mounts. Then there is that new M+ Mount coming out next season for 2800+ io I believe. So even more PvE exclusives next season!

I think it just makes it even with pvp/raid tbh. Raid has CE mount and rare end boss. PVP has glad and vicious. M+ has KSH and KSM now.
