What is a spoiled good?

I see an achievement to loot one in every zone but have not seen any. Is it the crate dropped by the plane or something else?

Feedback on the Unbound Spoils Free Socket Event

So if y’all don’t know yet, there is an event similar to a war supply crate drop that happens every 6 hours in one of the four zones (not sure if it’s on a rotation or random), except this event doesn’t spawn a war supply crate, it spawns an Unbound Spoils chest. This chest is guaranteed once a week per character to drop a Vicious Jeweler’s Setting (which costs 9750 honor if you bought it from the vendor) that adds a socket to your gear.
