But we do know MoP started at over 10. It dropped to 7 by the second year. The announcement of WoD pushed that back up. But 6 months in, WoD had fell to 6. They stoped giving sub data, but estimates put WoD finishing at around 2.
Legion is the only reason this game is still alive at all. Unfortunately they have spent the last 4-5 years nerfing it in the dirt because the few players that stayed for WoD, don’t want to do anything more than raid log, lobby pvp or afk farm 20 alts in their garrison
Here we go no one raids after midnight as soon as 12 dings no one is around.Dragon soul was a good example when the healer sister left and we waited til morning the next day to finish the darn raid.
Double the drops, add dinar or a similar system so I’m not farming a beacon for months while I have to watch some idiot I pugged with the other day enjoy it while they randomly yell “PUMP!” in party chat.
Random loot is fun for about 4 weeks then you feel you’re firmly in the “have nots” category of the player base.
I’d make M+ loot changes too but that’s off topic so I’ll refrain.
I’m tired of going 8/9 bosses and seeing NOTHING but “other class” loot.
If I show up to raid, and I’m killing progression bosses… I should at least SEE loot that I can roll on.
We went 8/9 last week and nothing even dropped for me to roll on. I mean… hooray for the other classes, I guess?? Let me tell you how NOT fun that is. >(
And the even fewer players that have stayed since Legion want to sit in a capital city all day and be summoned to dungeon entrances. Seems like continuing to cater to instance only players has had a negative impact for a decade.
No, more like hoping for a seismic shift in bringing back players who want a vast open world mmorpg and fewer players who want to play a dungeon crawler game.
I didn’t mind doing the plain mythics but that all changed during legion with affixes so elitist coulds run the show and left everyone else out.Unless? you payed for it ,It never change since than now we have a whole community full of pay to win elitist running the game. now look at where we are at and tell me it is better.
Could you clarify what you want from this that you can’t get by waiting a couple of expansions?
Is it staying caught up with the current story?
Is it the challenge without the social dynamics?
Is it loot?
(For me personally, having the devs code AIs that counter the mechanics of each raid boss while still leaving the player something to do as a cog in the machine seems like a lot of work for very little added play value)
