Are you talking 12.1 or the recent double tap nerf hotfix?.
12.1 feels different with LnL removal from explosive, and shifting it to a double explosive back to back. Some other weird interaction changes like unload consuming the precise shots proc which feels bad with the unload dmg nerf.
For the double tap nerf just drop the talent and pick incendiary ammo or tensile bowstring and proceed as normal
