I think it’s viable in LFR and normal raiding. I want to add that if you are pugging, rsham is probably best because it has lust and a 12 second cooldown interrupt and AoE stun. You get more control over the success of the group. It’s not hard but it’s inconvenient, a ton of buttons and stupid cooldowns like most healers rn.
