What have you got in your 'win' bags so far?

Ok weird person out of left field. The AH isn’t a gold farm. Nothing is being added to the economy. It is the best way to make gold as a player but it is not a gold farm.

Haha, a dazzling riposte!

Nah. It’s the same group of sweaty players/casuals on both sides. There is no cultural difference between the two sides.

This is why it’s clear there are imbalances when one side is vastly outperforming the other or there is a severe overrepresentation of one faction. It means blizzard needs to bite the bullet and do things that make both selections equally appealing

Yeah was just reading through the thread…I guess I don’t understand what a ‘farm’ is in this context…I sow items and reap gold, so it seemed appropriate.

“What have I got in my ‘win’ bag?”

That is a rather personal question, and how did you know she calls it the ‘win’ bag?

I got 3G 4 bread and 4 mana thistle in my first box. That’s 60g on my server for a bg. Not bad. Probably in the minority though but it’s possible!

YOURE HIRED!

I have to say, I’m always impressed by Blizz’s ability to simultaneously piss off every side of a debate.

You are the typical idiotic, self entitled horde. No alliance queue because the horde side is stacked with all the actual PvPers AND the op racials, and you’re playing an UD rogue. Yet you’re having a go at alliance, while playing arguable one of the most OP, over represented races and classes, which can literally also just assassinate people in really bad games with almost no personal risk, to earn at least some honour. You know many alliance solo queuers would just get constantly queued against premades, and lose the game with literally zero kills, zero honour and one mark. Because if they made it premades vs premades only that would slow horde queues. And then if they are on a PvP server, they get ganked 24/7 too - something which, despite blizzards claim has not changed.

You’ve literally just had the fabric of the game changed, with the -ONLY- alliance pvp advantage (fast queues) taken away because you’re the biggest bunch of whiners in the universe, and then you’re telling alliance, who usually LOSE the vast majority of battlegrounds, that an insultingly rubbish reward should be enough? Alliance honour earning rate was not that different to horde for the regular player, despite massive differences in queue times because they don’t win. But they made changes for the biggest snowflake whiners, to try and squeeze a little more money out of you at the expense of the game itself.

Horde should never have gotten same faction BGs. If they couldn’t incentivize alliance to play the games, then you shouldn’t get faster queues. It’s just amazing seeing horde getting all righteous, that alliance aren’t happy with Blizzard basically slapping them in the face.

And alliance should be getting something that justifies the time it takes to win a game for the regular, solo, casual player, because that’s what would have helped fix the whole problem. Ie making it rewarding for people to give BGs another go. But by giving Horde v Horde they don’t need a real fix, they don’t need fairness. And they foster this mentality from people with such a lack of literal humanity, that they can’t understand that games require people who want to play against you, that’s also rewarding for them, NOT JUST YOU, on an ongoing basis. It’s literally gaming 101. It’s not even gaming, it’s literal social interactions 101, one of the most basic building blocks of a socialised human, that you are apparently totally lacking.

The toxic, selfish whiners like you get their way. It’s literally flabbergasting to see someone so entitled to to think they shouldn’t have to wait for a BG queue, despite picking the stacked OP team, the OP race, and arguably one of the most PvP centric OP classes, then telling the opposition who don’t queue because you’re literally such an awful group of people and so unfun to play against, that they should get almost nothing.

Seriously, you and anyone who shares your mentality is a literal PoS in real life. As the saying goes, how you treat those you don’t need to treat well is a true representation of true someone’s character.

The purpose of the boxes is to get players that were not queueing for battlegrounds to queue for them. The rewards are just not enough to get someone that otherwise wouldn’t be queueing for BGs to want to. It is meant to be an incentive to attract more players to queue and it is simply not enough to fulfill that purpose.
