For me I think it’s the warband thing and the increased alt friendliness, as well as delves and npc/companions for dungeons. Me and my 2 friends love the game but hate pugging dungeons, so being able to just do them ourselves and go at our own pace and not feeling rushed will be awesome.
And dragonriding on all my other mounts will be sweet too. Can’t wait to go soaring across Azeroth on my Celestial Steed lol.
Not a fan of FF and classic is too slow for me. Ive just turned off any emotional attachment and now the mantra is: well that sucks. But I’ll make the most of it. I mean im a Guardian/Feral main lol what else am i aupposed to say
You do realize these AI dungeons will not reward gear that is worth having right? There is no way they are going to make that something that can actually be worth doing in current content.
Outside of warbands (which has its own issues of everyone now wanting EVERYTHING for transmog), nothing else that is coming sounds particularly interesting.
The upcoming expansions sound like the laziest, minimum effort Blizzard could put in.
They couldn’t even make their talent trees work and just had to add “here are 10 extra points in a different tree” because if they gave you 10pts in your regular tree builds would explode.
More HD mogs, even goldsink ones like the ones they added near the BMAH in Valdrakken.
I would deliberately do more professions, farming, and world quests for gold for those. I dropped 100k on the polearm I’m using now and don’t regret it. I just wish I could ALSO have the HD quel serrar ones on my belt while using a 2 hander!
I was kinda hoping they’d introduce healer/tank specs for some on of the classes. Or the ability to change on the fly and still contribute to your other character.
You remember in some expansions where you could find super op leveling weapons like in Mists and hand them to your alts? I hope they have that with warbands and you can blast things in leveling dungeons for fun.
Also, I’m really hoping for a really interesting and intense story for War Within.
