What happened

My accounts have been banned. Wow1, Wow2 and Wow3 were all banned simultaneously. They were banned just four hours after I recharged. Now, eight hours have passed since it happened, but I haven’t received any emails about the ban. Nobody has told me what’s going on. Moreover, they’ve prohibited me from posting in the community. I can only turn to my friend’s account to ask for help. Oh my god! What have I done that they treat me like this? Just like the post I read just now, I don’t believe that robots have taken over the Blizzard office.

Question, did you also check your spam folders. If not, do you have your email address updated to your BNet account?

Anyways, so, only thing you can do is appeal via submitting a ticket. Nothing can be done here on the forums.

Sounds like this was a very recent ban wave. Emails go out in batches so it may be stuck in queue. Be sure to check your spam folder and any other filtered folders or tabs your email client might have.

Account bans for anti-cheating are handled by the Hacks team. They use anti cheat software and other methods to determine which accounts are using cheats, automation, or exploits.

There can be false positives, rarely, so that is what appeals are for. You were given the appeal link already. You can appeal politely until they untl you that they will no longer take tickets on this issue.

What do you mean by “recharged”? Do you mean re-subscribed? I am guessing English is not your first language.

I teamed up with my friends to level up. But our accounts were blocked together after we had only played for about three hours.

Just to note, these sound very similar as though all the accounts were doing similar things. New or recently subscribed accounts playing in groups leveling.

You should not be on your friend’s account for any reason at all. Unless you don’t mind them also facing a sanction.

You can create a fresh Battle.net account - you don’t need to pay for anything. No expansion, no game time. Just have to level a character to 10, and then you can post here on CS. Yes, your posting is limited to this singular forum that doesn’t need a sub to post with.
