Brother, we will back.
Idk Mortina but tell your buddy Muff Hudson to log into retail and record the opera house ballet that is his rogue gameplay I see a Heltor 2 and just assumed itâd be a series I guess why all the best players (and lowkey decent video production artists or whatever thatâs called) never want to upload lol.
Also since Im already coming out of left field, could I request The Legend of John Henry by Johnny Cash for the next videoâs tracklist? Countryâs trash but I think it could bop. Loved the MF DOOM piece on the last one.
Lmao thanks dude
Nope just kidding I wonât be back.
dangggg he got us guys
doing gods work young man
sad times indeed
you know that itâs that crap why War Mode was created right? Because World PvP turned into nothing but zergfests and gankrushes. WPvP used to be PvP with rules, but when you have to 200 man rush a server to break a faction then later complain when the other side doesnât want to play anymore because they donât want to be zergâd. Then when the faction does push you back, you either just continue until you win or you keep recruiting until you crash the server.
people take World PvP too seriously and use it as more as some kind of roflstomp to punish players
thats not why warmode was made
warmode was for players who didnât want to even bother with wpvp, so they could log in, raid parse, and log out
anyone with a brain cell could simply avoid a zerg and keep playing the game 0 problems
game is currently being developed with margins to make the most money, not to make an enjoyable game for all, like a land lord who waits for the last minute to make repairs
WPvP used to be PvP with rules,
Uhh⌠What.
Rules and articles of WPvP cited from the Emerald Dream Handbook are as follows:
- There are no rules
- Upon meeting a new player of the opposite faction you must say âHelloâ in the official language of Emerald Dream /spit /rude /sit. A friendly interaction should be construed as a ploy and WPvP tourists should be wary in War Mode.
- Refer to Rule #1
well things not much of ârulesâ but more stuff that didnât make one look like a jerk (eg. Sending spies into rival alliance guilds to get a jump or cause sabotage)
This.
Man, Blizzard has really gone to hell.
Wpvp was much more than a âzergfestâ. It often happened, yes, but it was far from the majority. There were guilds led by people who led people who believed the ends justified the means. People would defend territory, in those cases you would rarely see more than 20 people.
You are correct in stating that people took too much pride in the situations. But that is because when you claim territory and you align yourself with a guild you have something to fight for. The result is logically going to be a sense of connection to that place and those people who you fight with, this is hardly a flaw. But you can see the dichotomy between this and the larger guilds. There was no sense of the unity you have with the small and medium guilds, in the larger guilds, the pride was from the self and not what you achieved in a community, this is a flaw.
When the guilds with story and a backdrop of purpose left, the whole was filled with the zerg guilds. I always saw these guilds as giant rotten trees that would not fall to the floor. Still trying to live and killing everything around them by blocking the sun. Smaller guilds had trouble recruiting and becoming something in this environment. When guilds like WSB disbanded, you could see hundreds of guilds start to sprout and become something.
But now the soil is dead, robbed of its nutrients by War Mode, lack of defense channels, abundance of bloated guilds, sharding, phasing, and a poor story that people donât care to be involved with. What a shame to see good soil gone to dust.

you may be right, most of it may have been bad experiences from some guilds (not going to name but no offense to them. Especially the narc guilds)

So much all of this. Just a billion things to chip away at the community.
Zerg guilds sucked but honestly they were mostly fighting each other. I remember the zones in wod being annoying to be in but we had plenty of good stuff out in the world.
Ravec from 2012 here. I blame Himanshu and his Wartrash Battalion. He was the problem back then, and still the problem today! Ravenhul Thaladrad is a spineless coward for transferring to WrA. Clan Ashwalker for life!

Astranaar and Brill bring back fond memories. Elves vs Zombies. Does Caldrice still play?
Those were good fights and fun times.
He doesnât play any longer. But if you want you can get a hold of him on discord, Iâll send you a btag to me and connect you from there. We were playing Valheim on his server about two months ago now. Teirvel#1158
Just recently returned to WoW and leveled a character to max over a couple days. WM on and only attacked once. Felt like Gandalf when he said âI have no memory of this placeâ Def isnât the ED I knew back in the day. Expected to get my head thumped at least a few times leveling through shadowlands. God I hate WarMode.
