I am trying to max level tailoring to get ready for TBC. What is a good profession to go with tailoring? I heard enchanting can be very expensive and getting mats can be rough and tedious. Is herbalism a good alternative?
I always liked Tailoring/Enchanting. D/E the extra stuff that you won’t sell, and level enchanting with the mats and sell the extra.

Enchanting/Tailoring for raiding combo. Could easily see Tailoring/LW if your group needs to fill a LW spot for raid. If you want to generate passive income Tailoring/Alch for transmutes every 3 days. Really depends on what class you are and what you plan do to with the toon.
