So, as you all know, I play a Shaman. I’m currently the best geared Shaman in the world and I have multiple world DPS records on WowMeterOnline. So I go into this Battleground because I feel like gracing my battlegroup with my presence, right? Everyone is cheering as I enter. They don’t bother putting down a mage table or healthstone because they know that they’re not going to need it–I, the Darkness, has come.
So I cast Lightning Shield on myself, because that’s what Shamans do. They call down MOTES OF ELECTRICITY FROM THE HEAVENS and they SURROUND THEMSELVES with DEADLY AMOUNTS OF LIGHTNING! All of my teammates are instantly electrocuted to death, but me? I merely bathe in the energy; it is my plaything. Even though my teammates are now charred corpses, they continue to cheer, because they know that I can solo this. The gates open. I run in. With Ghost Wolf, my movement speed is increased by

Horde sees me run by but they can’t do anything about it because I’m a ghost and I’m wolfing at

Flying plays a big role in how I enjoy playing WoW, and the “compromise” we got made me question whether it’s worth buying each subsequent expansion since.

They usually get to about 300+ posts before the mods realise what’s going on and 404 it. But in the meantime its POPCORN CITY!

Itemization This is not a preist concern but in an instane scarlet monestary a staff drops and I roll need but shaman rolls need also, and wins, and this concerns me.

Final concern is when I fear monsters then more come, but I fear them again, and even more friends of monsters come, I would think if I was walking around and someone came running by me I woudl run away too, not help them fight

There’s a certain individual who I’ll never forget due to their insane dedication to spouting demonstrably wrong information over the course of 3-4 expansions to justify asking for ridiculous things. It’s baffling for a while, but then it just gets hysterical. You have to try and imagine someone either conditioning themselves to believe the crap they’re spewing, or that they constantly sit there intentionally trying to find new ways to (poorly) spin an argument every time the cracks are pointed out. All over some pixels.
They once spent several pages telling others that I was a troll, and not to take me seriously because my transmog was green, and that meant I was an Unholy fanboy, and since the topic of the thread was Frost I was only trying to ruin the spec so Unholy could be better. To be clear, I was in Frost spec with this green mog while they made this accusation.
There’s this one guy who said “Agent the Tos” (Obviously supposed to be against the Tos) and somebody replied that with “Is watching you, beware.”.
This one where some salty Nighy elf player in BFA after the burning of teldrassil said that all the Night elf forestry zones should be given to the Night elves and made Alliance only including Azshara that’s right outside Orgrimmar lol. Basically anything that Night elves originally controlled before factions were even a thing.
Boy that must have been the saltiest person I have ever seen in forums me and some others got into a serious argument there with everyone against the idea lol.

These days, criticising blizzard is pretty common place, especially saying they dont listen to the players, but back then, it went over 1000 posts and wowhead even wrote about it to debate how Blizzard should use feedback.
Back then, blues also interacted more and responded when spoken to.
