That would be way too easy to get myth gear
Leave it as is. Champion from keys, hero from vault. Random hero from maps(maybe make the maps buyable with under coins as a limit)
But more importantly, drop gilded crests in 9-11. Give us a reason to go there and a way to finish upgrading our gear without stepping into another pillar of the game.
We only get three crests at the end of a delve. Surely no one can complain about that, make it only drop from keys so itâs not spammable.
Just commit. Make it a real pillar.
Raiders donât have to M+ or Delve if they donât want to. M+ doesnât need to raid or Delve if they donât want to.
Delvers have no choice but to raid or M+ for gilded. If you limit it to only keyed chests, and it stays at 3 per chest like it is now, thatâll be like 18-24 crests a week.
Thatâs good enough for me, Iâm not expecting 15 a run like a M+ or Raid bosses. Just give us something grindable.
I think converting 15-20 echoes into a map would also be good because its usage completely dies once youâre good on champion gear.

I said 1 map per week, not 10. But Iâm not really opinionated about the specific number. Iâm just saying that people who just do delves (and are generally not hardcore players) are not farming delves to the point where they COULD get 10 maps a week. So limiting it doesnât really seem to make a difference to those peopel. But maybe it would help the people who feel compelled to spam delves to get said maps, if there were a limit.
Separately, Iâm not sure if Blizz intended you to be able to cap your hero gear via delves. It certainly doesnât seem necessary. You can do Tier 11s well before ilevel 619. You just have to get creative with pulls.

You need 90 maps just to cap out at Hero track.
Thatâs not taking into consideration crest conversion ofc.

assuming the season is a year long, we would be capping our S1 gear on the day, if not a week, after S2 started.
No idea, and I donât think it matters. The only thing that might even suggest that you should be able to cap out hero gear is the recommended ilevels for delves. But you gotta take that with a grain of salt since Brann becomes so much more powerful over time, yet the ilevel recommendations are static. It canât possibly be the case that ilevel 600 is recommended for T8 when you have a level 15 Brann AND when you have a level 60 Brann. If your Brann is 60, you barely have to do anything to beat a T8, even at a much lower ilevel than 600.
But just to make sure Iâm clear about what Iâm saying⌠I donât think there is any expectation that you should be able to cap hero gear via delves.

then why is the suggested ilevel higher than what we can get from delves?
I mean , itâs not like m+ and raid players have to farm BGs and arena matches to get upgrade currency
why would delve players need to farm something else to get upgrade currencies
I would suggest that the recommended ilevels are when youâre just starting delves and Brann is level 15.
well itâs a bit more than âbarely anythingâ. Plenty of 1-shot mechanics in a t8.
Brann can help, but he isnât going to carry anymore since the nerfs.
Why not just have delves be self sufficient like the other 2 pve end game pillars?

I want casual/solo end game content and thatâs exactly what delves deliver so overall Iâm pretty happy.
Just wish there was more enemy variety. Like an undead delve or two.
To leave out any hyperbole, T8 at ilevel 600 with a level 60 Brann is pretty easy. Yes you have to dodge the swirlies, but there really arenât any unavoidable 1-shots even if your ilevel is considerably below 600.
I probably said this at some point earlier in this thread, but when I leveled my 3rd charater (rogue) to 80 and immediately went in a T8 in quest greens with a level 50ish Brann, I had trouble even pulling aggro off him, and he was set for heals.
A lot of pepole in this thread understate the difficulty of delves, but letâs not overstate them either. Sure if youâre on your first character and Brann is 15 and youâre doing T8s at ilevel 575 with no prior knowledge (like I did), they are pretty challenging. It felt like a real accomplishment do beat my first T8. But once you know all the mechanics and mobs, and brann gets leveled up, that changes quite a bit. I really started noticing it around Brann level 50.

Iâm not necessarily saying they shouldnât. But it doesnât seem like they are, and it doesnât seem necessary to beat all delve content.
