Does that mean that it has been opened by Blizz or that’s when it was created?

It’s been a while since I opened a ticket, but I think it just means that your ticket is still open. Not that it’s been addressed, just waiting for a GM to reply.
What kind of ticket was it?

As for the type of ticket, it’s cool. I was just going to help give an idea of how long the ticket type might take on average. Most tickets right now I believe are under 24 hours (priority tickets being much faster).
