Anyone know if these things have been confirmed as coming in specific phases, or on release/prepatch?

2.3 rep discounts: Friendly 5%, Honored 10%, Revered 15%, Exalted 20%

2.4.3 Apprentice Riding is learned at level 30 instead of 40.

Yeah, this has been confirmed. We are getting 2.4.3 for all intents and purposes, other than raid bosses. They are un-nerfing the raids to their initial state.
