Not you Harland I agree, my reply was to Noct. I’d love to see him in a bg or arena and really see who can actually play. Retail does suck and as soon as classic came out I never looked back.

Most healers will probably have mild mana issues until you start getitng your raid gear formalized and your kits gemmed out properly.
ARcane mages will never not have “Mana problems” that’s just how they play.
Warriors, Rogues, Feral Druids, death knights all struggle to keep their mana above zero as well.

No one really does in an ideal raid setup.
No Arcane does not have mana problems, that is how the spec works.
Just off the top of my brain the specs that suffer from replenishment RNG are Fire and Enhance.
I mean if memory serves pretty much it works like this if you’re not a healer you’re not going to have Mana problems
If you PvP as Ret expect to go OOM against a Priest/Mage as the absorbs impact the mana returned just as it does for Warriors.
Enhancement shaman have to spec sub optimally to not have mana issues around 4k GS or under, but once you have acquired some gear you can respec out of some of the mana crutch talents in the ele tree and in the enhancement tree and take lightning shield talents to do more dps but early on you’ll be drinking after every fight if you want to do decent / competitive damage
