How did this turn into numbers growth?
All good I guess.
I’m not lost in ANY numbers because they haven’t provided ANY numbers, lol!
223% growth of the lowest subs in the history of the game is not nearly as impressive as the sheer VOLUME of subscribers gained at the launch of previous expac, which likely DWARF the number of subs gained by Classic since BfA is so bad.
Of course I do - I make a living using some of my talents. But I’m certain you can do something marketable.
Point out where I stated I don’t have either of those things.
Only thing that’s getting proven is how easy it’s been for me to get you riled up by pointing out how idiotic your argument is.
At the end of the day, you’ve shown everyone how much of a tater tot you are. You got backed up into a corner and started lashing out on “points” that you believed to be relevant to the discussion. You talk about my IRL but give no ground to provide that yours is better and suited for the discussion. You talked about your PvP achievements when you don’t have anything to really go nuts about.
If you actually think that playing Classic means that you have to give up your life for it then you’re really not as good as you think you are.
You’re a tater tot with an emo name playing an equally emo class sperging out because your stance has been broken at it’s foundation several times now.
Oh? What medium do you use?
So Dear I was right…you never played vanilla and therefore really don’t know what you are talking about. Go play classic on a high pop server…it really is fun.
Youre lost in the concept. Did thise expansions come outbduring a quarter? If so (which they did.) Theyre subscription growth rate was lower. Was total population larger? Probably. But the rate of growth is smaller.
No…because we are saying exactly the same thing:
So what’s the disconnect?
What are gauging the health of the wow as a whole or the success of classic wow? I think this where the disconnect is.
My only point is that they haven’t given us the numbers so the “record growth” proclamation is misleading as to the impact Classic WoW has had. No doubt it has had a huge impact but there aren’t even close to as many people playing Classic WoW as retail, still.
All these classic rp neckbeard weirdos are pretending like Classic has replaced retail. Both games are healthy and that’s a good thing, but there is still no official plan to ever release TBC again or anything like that.
You’ve been asked 6+ times and refused to answer the question until you were baited into a response. And then you just fell right for it and went “omg I didn’t say that did I?!? SHOW ME WHERE I SAID THAT, NO I DIDN’T.” Guilty af.
So do you have a job or no? Easy way to settle this one. I’ll wait (since I already know the answer).
This is one of the more popular approaches from bad players: talk about how great you are then get called out on it by a player who actually has done something of note and then pretend that what they’ve accomplished isn’t noteworthy. I know your math isn’t strong which is why you have so much problem distinguishing what PvP accomplishments are impressive and which aren’t. We forgive you because we know you dropped out of high school to play WoW and aren’t that bright.
Whoooaaaa, calm down man. Defensive much? Logic: I know mine is better because I’m living it lol. You get how that works right? You’ve admitted you’re a clown so I have both data sets to make a decision with. See how that works?
I know, there was this incredibly massive change between Vanilla and BC. It was like Cataclysm! /s
Such a snob. No it is not fun. I was there today. It’s painful.
The record sub growth isnt misleading at all. Its the rate of growth of subscriptions… its black and white. Are more people playing classic compared to retail? no clue. No one knows. People who claim its more popular or LESS popular are misinformed because no one knows
Both games have different audiences, although i disagree with your sterotype of both. I do agree that claims that either direction has more players is idiotic. Thats why i enjoy our conversations. You pull the passion out and look numbers.
they’ll spout whatever suits their narrative.
…meanwhile, we’ve historically seen a large influx of players in the lead-up to blizzcon… and the “classic saved the universe” people will also choose to conveniently ignore this.
Classic is boring asf and that’s your opinion that’s nowhere near a fact get off retail forums and go to dead classic forums boomer.
See? Thats part of the problem you dont know what those influx of new subscribers are playing. All we have is the investor meeting that attributed it to classic. Regardless if you play retail or classic. More subs in wow means more money into r&d to create more content. Its a symbiotic relationship. I wish more people woukd under stand that.
Yea I can’t take all the running back and forth and struggling just to afford new abilities every other level.
Acrylic, watercolour, ink, usually in combination. Not a big fan of oils, that is, me using them. Other people use them fine, there’s just some media I don’t like using. Pastels, chalk, and charcoal are my least favourites.
Pretty much the same here. I’m more of a graphics kind of artist and am about to get into making digital art. Biggest inspiration is Indicreates who makes some fantastic pieces.
