First of all, thank you for your help. I have submitted the form twice under this directory and received the above reply. Maybe they were busy and ignored it. But I will continue to appeal through this directory!

This looks more like an execution response than a post-appeal response. Why are you so sure?

When an action is taken on an account, the log files are placed so that it only takes a few moments to determine if an action was taken in error. Then, the employee that gets that instance of an appeal can select the appropriate template and submit it as the response. They will not personalize it just for you. They want everyone to get the same response information. I know, because I have worked in the appeals process at a different company in the past and we had basically the same processes.

You don’t get to give evidence or anything as the only information that is accepted is what shows in the log files that Blizzard has. Since they place a copy of the files showing what caused the action with the account, it only requires a cursory inspection to determine if it was actioned in error.

Perhaps due to the language barrier, I did not ask for a personalized handling of my complaint. But as far as I know, if it enters the review, there will be a review email or a reply. But I didn’t receive it, I only received the execution response above.

Because we know how it works from years of experience participating in this very forum and seeing the response of Blizzard employees regarding this question - for example, the very same response we’ve seen in blue from Orlyia.

Sorry, I don’t mean to be rude, because I have also consulted relevant people. I have seen emails and form responses where even if the review fails, there will be template form responses that fail. Rather than replying with a template form and you read the regulations yourself, we execute according to the regulations. I’m not asking you for the reason for the execution, I just want the account to be reviewed again! That’s why it’s like this now.

I believe that you need to open a ticket to appeal the account action:

You’re right, it does seem like the response you got is not one they use for an appeal.

So open a ticket for an appeal and see what they say.
