What are 'High Elves': An Education Thread

I have to ask, what do you think is wrong about it? The end result is definitely correct, but what do you think is wrong?

For reference the end result I see is:

  1. High Elves.
  2. Branch into Blood Elves. Less than 10% choose not to.
  3. Branch into Void Elves. A small research group.

1+2 are definitely High Elves. 3 Is harder because magic and biological corruption.

Which part is wrong?
