What’s a silly headcanon you have?

There are different Gilnean accents depending on which part of Gilneas you’re from.

The city folks have the more typical cockney/English accents. Farmers have more Irish accents. The highlanders have more Scottish accents. Coastal dwellers have more Welsh accents.

I made this one up primarily because I want to play a cool werewolf without the horrible fate of also having to be English.

What part of “secret order” do you not get Dread?

I said that mostly because it amuses me, I know Drathyr are test tube experiments, and I am fine with that.

That may be a possibility, they were in a couple zones IIRC.

I would imagine the head of state for the most powerful human nation would be on the shortlist of people to be allowed to know about the super secret wizard club.

Dude had dinner with kings.

Oh here’s another one: Because of the absurd sexual dimorphism between male and female orcs, many people think they are two different races coexisting upon first encounter.

Got another one.

The other Alliance leaders think Velen is going through a midlife crisis on account of welcoming Man’ari.

Man’ari Warlocks sometimes summon demons they know. This is especially awkward when it’s a Tyrant or a Wrathguard.

One could even argue that if Medivh did say who he was, why would Terenas even believe him? Medivh is the one who brought the orcs to the world after all.

Medivh was living as a hermit in one of the most backwater kingdoms of EK. As for his parties, I have to check Chronicles but pretty sure it was mostly local nobilities he was inviting to those and not heads of states

I would say he might not. But the Dalaran Ambassador who was with Terenas might have(and Dalaran itself might have been convinced) if he mentioned the Burning Legion was finally attacking again.

Heck, maybe even name drop Sargeras once or twice for added effect.

Yes, but they are dragon test tube babies. Maybe I read to much into it, but I assumed they were dragon whelps/eggs that were modified into Dracthyr.

To amuse himself, Belmont thinks about how he could kill every member of the Desolate Council. Faranell knows and tries to lowkey kill him with poison, Velonara will kill them both if they even try anything against her, Calia has no idea, and Voss feels like a parent stuck with misbehaving children.

I like this mental image.
Belmont is the rowdy violent sibling.
Velonara is the defiant moody one who is nice and quiet until you tell her to eat her vegetables.
Faranell is the mischievous prankster one.
Calia is the sweet one who is actually well behaved but is also a complete doormat.

No matter what your race is, no matter where you were born and raised, no matter your profession or class or level of power, if you spend too long in Westfall you will start talking with a southern drawl.

And if you drink the water you become a water person. IYKYK.

Thought of some more.

  • To help tell his twin sons apart, Rhonin cheated by using his magic.
  • Said twins, Giramar and Galadin, got into Zack and Cody type situations while growing up.
  • In the early years of the Council of Three Hammers, Moira would question if Muradin was truly Muradin, arguing that the official word was that he died in Northrend. While Muradin argued he was Muradin, Falstad let his mood decide to who help.
  • Varian spent three hours each morning doing his hair.
  • Garrosh kept a diary, where he ranted about how manly he was and how no one truly understand him.
  • Monte is really Gazlowe’s middle name, his first being something really embarrassing.

There is an AU where Jaina is fat like the playable Kul Tiran women models. In that universe, rather than going to Dalaran to study magic, a tutor was brought to her. She’s still an amazing OP sorceress. The reason is that conjured food turned to fat disappears 15 minutes afterwards, as its not technically in use. Thus, mages whom subsist off of ONLY conjured food are skinny and noted for being weak. A balanced diet of conjured and non-conjured food is emphasized in Dalaran.

Coincidentally, a variant of Anorexia via conjured food has always been a serious health concern in Dalaran.

I really have no idea. I don’t think Blizzard went into it that much.

According the novel War of the Scaleborn the Dracthyr were a mix of dragon and mortal tampering by Nethalarion. So it’s kinda vague on where dracthyr fall in the dragon category

I agree, they definitely have left it extremely vague.
