I swear if the scammers/people who ensure that RMT ads are in WoW LFG/etc. of this world put as much effort as they do into something beneficial, we’d have cures for cancer.

I think the boosters figured out how to use computer apps to generate mobile numbers to add to accounts. Saw people telling others how to do this when this requirement first dropped so they most likely do the same effectively rendering the requirement useless.

Blizzard is weird and likes to ban in “waves” for stuff. So it could be the ones they caught doing this are on the list to be banned but will be allowed to continue until you hear of a ban wave at some point and they all disappear for a period of time. Usually only helps for about 30 days until people buy new accounts, level, and start again.

They absolutely don’t ban you in LFG in a wave. I’ve been suspended for selling arena for gold. Just randomly happened
