Also worth noting, dispell uses a GCD. That’s a GCD the healer didn’t use to heal or use group defensives to mitigate the massive obliterates and chili steak bounces coming in. I think it’s a fair trade all round.
Why would you use soul reaper to proc another km if you already have two km stack? You use on km proc then use soul reaper depending on health.
Soul reaper still has a chance while during obliteration to generate a rune as well.
