Were people as angry about the Lightforged joining the Alliance as they were the Nightborne joining the Horde?

Nope not accepting it when I see proof in front of my eyes in real life.

Both factions are full of whiners. Your own problem that you are too immersed in rose tinted glasses about “muh honor”, “muh family”, “da horde [insert sentimental nonsense]”.

Sparkly goats screamed Alliance. I figured Horde was going to get NB, but none of us really wanted a cyanotic night elf

Whenever someone thinks a faction (or any other group) has some exclusive claim on maturity or some virtue, I immediately sense that they got something to hide by trying to make someone else look worse in comparison.

We are all trash, and anyone who denies it is a liar.

Exactly my point.

People are just too immersed in this false narrative that “Faction is more mature”.

Nope. Whoever created that nonsense is just a cool kid looking for brownie points.

It’s unpopular because elves get a pass.
Nightborne are dark purple night elves with glowing tattoos

Lightforged are really bright draenei with glowing tattoos AND metal backs.

It’s literally just elf bias that gets people to pretend they’re any more “different” than lightforged

Nope. Suramar and the nightborne played a much larger role then the lightforged did, but hey reduce everything to its skin color.

Not to mention lightforge cant even utilize their power because of the horde plot armor.

YEah because your few friend are a proof of the whole game reality…

Let be honest. You just though yourself clever by listing a few horde whining moment and when i reply you showing you way more alliance whining moment, you had no counter argument so you just desperately try to end the arguing by saying you don’t want to argue about it and that you are right.

Shouldn’t have start debating if you didn’t want or didn’t have the necessary to do so.

“Show me proof”

“I’m tired I don’t wanna”

“Oh so you have nothing”

“Bruh I see it in real life-”

“Oh no just because you have some proof doesn’t mean it makes it true”

Continues on in fairyland rose tinted glasses

No. That world quest is Help on the Way, and Tyrande’s exact words are, “The more shal’dorei that take up the fight, the fewer of my people who will be lost in the liberation of Suramar.”

Meaning the more nightborne who fought back against the Legion, the fewer night elves would die in the Suramar campaign, because there would be a higher number of people overall taking up arms. If the nightborne had stayed passive, then of course more night elves (and other Alliance and Horde races) would have died in their place by doing all the fighting for them.

What I remembered is complaining horde only needs to grind Surama rep for nightborn, but alliance needs to grind Argus rep for void elf. The other two ARs were just taken for granted.

Man i hope you are never accused.

‘‘so did you do it’’

‘‘no’’

‘‘what are your proof’’

‘‘i’m tired i don’t wanna’’

‘‘so you did it’’

‘‘no my friend know that i didn’t do anything so i dont have anything to prove you’’.

Yeah sure those are awesome argument in front a police or judge…

Bro.

“Horde is the more mature faction” is a lie which existed in 2004-2010. You are best off not living in the past. Move on.

I will, since we’re talking about customization, not plot relevance
And if you want plot relevance, we hung out with the Lightforged for the entirety of Argus AND A RAID. That’s three zones and a raid to the nightborne’s “one and a raid”
The same as the nightborne overall.

Never talk about maturity or anything. I also never talk about player personalty out of the game. Both side are the same thing outside of the game.

But in game, the alliance do have a more faction whining mentality probably caused by seeing endlessly of alliance whining post. When all you see is your own faction saying that your faction is dead and that the dev love more the other faction, you end up believing it.

Do horde player whine about the game in general?, yes. But its mostly about the game. The alliance do the same. Where the alliance do whine more, it about faction. Every single content or anything always end up in horde bias.

Whatever you just mentioned, I’ve seen Horde do exactly the same thing in the same quantity when things don’t go in their favour.

Like I said, either you are too immersed in the popular narrative or you just don’t want to think bad of your faction.

Alliance players are still on the forum crying at the “betrayal” of the Nightborne joining the Horde after all the help they gave them in Legion - the same help offered by the Horde. Not a single Horde player cried about the Lightforged Draenei joining the Alliance; it was a natural conclusion.

Claim: "Tyrande was a meanie!"

No, Tyrande was mistrustful even after witnessing firsthand the Nightborne’s willingness to change by destroying the Nightwell, which the Nightborne relied on to protect and sustain them for 10,000 years.

Personally, I’m glad that bitterness and mistrust are the hallmarks of Tyrande’s character, otherwise we might have Nightborne on the Alliance, and that is something I am 100% not interested in. :slightly_smiling_face:

I mean leaving your own kin to die while you cower under your special circle of fun isn’t exactly what inspires people to trust you.

But ok xD

  1. The Nightwell was going to be used by the Legion to create another portal which would have allowed demons to overwhelm Azeroth.

  2. The shield not only prevented the demons from using the Nightwell, but kept them away from the pillars of creation that the Night Elves (nightborne) possessed.

You think like the Nightwell is something big compared to the biggest thing: The Well of Eternity.

Why wasn’t the Nightwell used to fight back against the Legion then?

“Shield not only prevent demons”

is the same as saying

“Orcs were not bloodthirsty without demon blood”

Look what happened.
