Purchased the just about 100$ account upgrade for my boost and imp ball and haven’t got it… WTH? Had no problem taking my money. Where is the things i paid for??

I’d practice a bit of patience. If it doesn’t show up after 24 hours, then submit a “Purchase Failure” ticket.

Do you have multiple accounts, maybe the boost went to another account?
How many days ago did you make the purchase? It takes a day or two for the actual money to be transferred between financial institutions and anything before that in your bank account is a ‘hold’ on the funds, not the actual funds coming out.
If it’s been more than 24 hours, you can open a ticket.
If it’s been less than that, then you just need to be patient and wait for everything to actually clear. Generally speaking, the boost tends to show up within an hour or two of purchase based on the posts here in CS.

It looks like you purchased the World of Warcraft 6-month subscription bundle with includes the Burning Crusade Classic Imp in a Ball and the Lucky Yun mount for Shadowlands.

This does not include a character boost service. Just the toy for Burning Crusade and the Mount for Shadowlands.
If you were looking for the level 58 boost, then you would want to purchase the Dark Portal Pass, or the Deluxe Edition.
Either of those would include the 1-time per account level 58 character boost for Burning Crusade Classic.

This will remove the toy, mount, and 6 months of game time.
The Deluxe Edition will include the path of Illidan toy, and a different mount + 30 days of game time and the boost. So you may have that option

I really don’t try to make people feel badly. In fact, if I had read your post more clearly, I should have been able to put the pieces together myself too! When I read Kal’s reply, I was like ‘How did I miss them mentioning the imp?’
Honestly, I’m glad it all worked out and hope that they can help you with the refund (if that’s the route you choose) so that you can get the boost
