Garrosh was a pigheaded moron with anger problems that had no idea how to lead and Sylvanas’s entire plan was to maximize casualties on both sides to help her true benefactor unmake reality.
A potato would have been a better Warchief than them both combined; it at least could support Horde soldiers.
Garrosh sucks, Sylvanas deserved a better story as a popular leader.
