Male heroes arent made in any form of media anymore. People making this stuff believe masculinity is “toxic” and strong male figures are out the window. Its so disingenuous to think that strong female and male characters can’t coexist, for some reason it always just is one or the other.

Just in the movie industry, 33% of protagonists were female last year. So 66% is not enough?

How about Genn? He’s a good character.

Feel like he is basically everything you mentioned, and has grown from his experience rather than let revenge or anger completely over take him.

Like that’s a rare outcome for a WoW leader.

Im not at all talking about male vs female, thats what I directly said. Female leads are great, Jaina has been one of my favorite charavters for all of WoW’s history.

The fact you immediately assumed “middle aged and white” too is frankly pathetic, I know you are used to two sided political debates on twitter but Ill choose to believe you are capable of more intelligent discourse when you out your mind to it. This is just about World of Warcraft and the fact all of the old guard, the people who actually practiced “warcraft” are dead or retired. Its only fitting they get replaced. Ideally every demographic should be represented, and believe it or not that should still account for something for the majority of the playerbase
