There wouldnt be the need to ask to clear out xroads from full glad lvl 70s if there were no transfers in the first place.
Whoa did he say je is transfering? If so that is so asenine. Many people rerolled on Angerforge to get away from the streamer gang and then he transfers here.
If they kept skufury locked and dint allow transfers, the people coming back to wow classic and wanting a fresh experiemce would have rolled on Angerforge since its their only option.
Queues for skyfury would continue to go down (because that is what has happened to every server over time that has been locked), and Angerforge population grows organically.

LOL this is so not true it’s unreal. Angerforge is actually dead for Horde and currently a 70/30 server in favor of alliance.
Barely any horde are leaving Slyfury.

Hopping? Hah. Most of the people who rerolled for fresh saw the exodus of Skyfury onto their servers and silently left. Some complained, rather loudly even, but from what I can tell a lot just went back to the servers they came from. Different names in the LFG channel all together one day later. I myself have also returned to my server. There’s no reason to play on a fresh server that was ruined by Skyfury refugees coming in and blowing up the economy.
Imagine trying to buy a decent sized bag or something at level 40 on your first character and finding it to be 10x the price it should be because Blizzard overreached, yet again.

Agreed, friends couldn’t play on Skyfury cause of ques and locked so we all went Angerforge. It definitely feels way smaller coming from playing on Skyfury tho so hopefully alot more people decide to roll Angerforge to help boost the population. If not I hope eventually they can merge our server or something. Not sure if thats a thing for classic as Its my first time really getting into it.
