When my brother puts out a new music video I post it everywhere I can. I guess being a major streamer fanboy would somehow instil that same amount of pride.
I don’t think he’s officially sanctioned by Square-Enix, he wasn’t even one of the streamers you could get the mount from during their promotion, but he IS making a lot with the sheer viewership he commands on twitch, and also Youtube I guess.
It’s amazing really, how FF surges in popularity with WoWs failures stacking upon themselves, and the streamers switch to it to sate the viewership potential of their streams, and many in WoWs community blames the streamers instead of acknowledging WoWs many failures exist and have continued to exist for some time unaddressed.
SL was just the last straw for a lot of people, and it’s going to be interesting to see what Blizzard does to save their “beloved IP”.
No King rules forever, especially if they lose the love of their Kingdom.

I don’t understand why you would be put off from one of your games getting exposed to a massive new audience. It’s a net positive, for everyone involved.
Unless the “new audience” and content creator have a history of toxicity…like the subject of this thread happens to have
Spitting on people who buy store mounts, harassing game developers, etc…

Nah, Final Fantasy is laughing all the way to the bank… they literally had to stop selling digital copies because their servers can’t handle the influx of players…
And with Final Fantasy going to release their next expansion in a couple of months this is just awesome news for Final Fantasy
