I have seen WPVPS guilds enough in my lifetime. 
Contrary to your erroneous assumption, EU and NA track very closely in population and also in PVP stats. When one factions battleground win rates tick up in one region, they do in the other too. The people who think there’s a big difference generally haven’t looked at the actual statistics.
So are you willing to admit that the only reason why alliance are camping and having warmode turned on NOW is only for the simple fact that they are getting 400 ilvl gear? Cause I’ve had warmode on since beginning, and I’ve never…NEVER seen so many alliance in warmode like I have now.
Of course I admit that, you don’t need anyone to admit that to see it’s the reason lol. it’s a 400 ilvl piece for free haha.
