I had the weekly do 4 Mythics for the cache quest in my quest log. It disappeared during my last dungeon despite server reset not happening for 3 hours. What’s up with that? Character is Sadsea - Tichondrius.

I literally just completed 4 on my DH End Emerald Dream before reset and same thing. So far myself Hunter Dinkfink and another hunter Rugdush Emerald Dream

Same I was literally doing this tonight to finish it had 1 left. Absolutely absurd! The quest disappearing 3 hours before reset makes absolutely no sense. You guys need to do something to compensate players that were about to complete this.

Same thing just happened to me. Finished my final mythic and ported back to Oribos to just have the quest missing from my log. I even checked while in the dungeon to make sure it was going to be my last.

Same thing happened to me - logged in this morning to finish 2 mythics to get weekly and after doing the 4th one the quest was just gone way before maint too.

Ok so. I think that it just phased out because the event technically ended a couple of minutes ago. Why the event doesn’t end at the same time the reset does is beyond me. In short we’ve all been boned.

I had the same issue. Started a dungeon with the weekend event buff and checked the quest progress, then after the dungeon, I didn’t have the quest or the weekend event buff. Insert fable about procrastination I guess…
I literally saw the quest dissapear for me, I was right in front of the great vault dude, ready to complete it with an alt.
yeah same here. I don’t know about this its so ugh…
either you gear up your main all week to run heroic raids at 30 runs for 1 piece of loot, or you work on alts, I only have a bit of time on monday, tuesday morning to do alt stuff.
blizz should put a timer on how long you have left to complete that quest, or remove it from your log when its no longer available to hand in.

Yeah I got to Oribos after hearthing from my 4th mythic, and I saw the ? on the map for a a few seconds before it vanished.

Same here, I was running towards it to turn it in and poof. It didn’t happen at like “top of hour” or anything, just randomly…
This is very frustrating. I don’t even know how Blizz can manage to make it right to all the players this affected without just giving everyone free gear… This sucks.
