GM responded to my ticket with a link to a wowhead guide on how to do “awakening the machine”. Great.
be ready next week will be 3rd week of us not getting reset bc they clearly dont read anything we post or report
Still broken
Having the same issue, not on all characters, just my main.
They added a short support article for this issue. It is supposedly fixed going forward (starting next week) but those of us that were affected previously are SoL on the progress we missed out on.

still missing multiple weekly resets so still bugged, please fix.
Same happened to me on my Warlock. I was waiting for servers to come up right when reset was happening and once they came up, I tried logging in a couple times. After getting in I went to the great vault and looted my piece of gear for the week and started doing some of the weekly content (Awakening machine, Nerubian weekly, Hallowfall event, etc.) to get some more Restored Coffer Keys. After opening the first cache and not getting a key, I was confused, but I tried another in case something weird happened with the first. Second attempt had the same result. I submitted a ticket and was told to log out and back in by their generic response, so I did and tried opening a third cache. Same result - no key and now I can’t redo the weekly activities. I tried a few days later for a fourth time hoping they had resolved whatever bug was going on, but no luck.
Seeing that some people have theirs broken for multiple weeks has me worried that my character is borked. Please get this fixed ASAP.
not only are weeklys messed up but ton of people just had their guild banks wiped out. blizzard is really dropping the ball, its honeslty bull considering we pay montly for this.
