I also can’t log in , Battle net shuts down , can’t even auto repair it. And I was on for a few hours earlier , it was a bit slow but no real problems

I have the same problem as the OP. Cannot access Blizz account settings page:

500 - SERVER ERROR

An error occurred and your request couldn’t be completed.

I am trying to reinstall my game after reinstalling Windows and although it logs me in to your site if I go to download the game, I can see the page show up briefly then immediately it switches to 500 Server Error page. Clearing cache and cookies doesn’t help. Any other ways I can download the game or do I need to make a new battlenet account?

Same issue. I click “account settings” and I see a flash of my info, then 500 error. I tried in incognito, different browsers, cleared my cookies, and all did not fix.

Same here. Page loads for a split second, then throws over to the /error 500 page. Multiple browsers, incognito, fails on all. The desktop app works, I can log into games, it’s only the Account management web page that’s throwing a 500.

I am having the same issue. Error 500. I had to remove my authenticator just to log in. Now I can’t add a authenticator back because I can’t get to my settings. Keeps saying “error 500”

Same thing happening for me. “https://account.battle.net/error” Need to make adjustments to my account and can’t do that with the website down.

i’m having that issue as well. tried on home pc with a direct connection, not wifi, used 2 different browsers (Firefox and Edge), cleared cache and cookies, and now trying on work PC and still getting the same error.

As an update - the website team has been notified and are still investigating the root cause of this. Apologies for the trouble!

Same issue. Wanted to change payment source as I’m cancelling existing card. If I can’t get on Blizz don’t get paid…Up date: Systems starts an update every time I open WoW. Makes it to 99% and crashes then calls for an update. Needless to say, I can not launch the game.

Having same issue to do authenticator since i already have 1 and trying to take it off to transition to the new one you want i can not access my account getting Website error 500 so i can not take off physical authenticator to upgrade to new authenticator.
