My pally had the mage tower flail and it used to realistically move around when i ran. but now it hangs there like its rigid. it must be a graphic setting but the only thing i can find is Physics settings. but that didn’t change anything. anyone got any ideas?

Do you have any other flail type items, Bastah?
I never managed to get around to doing the Mage Tower on my Paladin so I can’t test that, but I did with another item and it seems to be flaling just fine.
If it’s the item itself, it would be best to submit a bug report. I’m not sure what setting might control weapon movement, if there is one.
If it moved before and isn’t now, I’d definitely report the item/appearance itself then so our QA team can take a look.

You can do so through the in-game menu.
Open the Menu (ESC by default) > Support > click on the option that says Submit feedback or Bug Report.
Make sure you are on the Bug Tab and then enter what information you can. Providing item/appearance names is helpful.
Or, you can click on the forum categories at the top of the page and then Bug Report and create a thread there (or contribute to an existing thread if one was recently entered).
