Weakaura help (Arms warr)

I’ll try to make this quick and to the point -

I’m looking for a weakaura that’ll show me when I have 4 seconds remaining on my TFB proc so I know when I need to swap to battle stance to Overpower, and also one that will show me when Battle Trance procs so I have a free Heroic Strike.

I’m not too good with weakauras and I don’t use them really. The only one I’ve ever really used was in Wrath to show me Slam procs. But with the increased complexity of the arms rotation in Cata I feel what I mentioned above will help as well.

Nothing crazy, maybe just an icon pop up on the bottom of my screen would be fine. If anyone could help or even educate me how to make it myself it’d be much appreciated.
