We want RDF

Didn’t do many dungeons even during Skyfury launch. We did the ones that were easy to get to, but we never ran BFD, Deadmines, Maraudon, hell I never even ran RFD because nobody wanted to run it ever.

Playing on a healthy server? We literally have a guy saying he can’t get groups on Benediction in this thread.

Playing with friends? Oh yes, I’m sure you have 4 friends that play with you all the time and only while you’re on. Sure.

Choices made by the player impact their experience, except when some things are out of their control.

If you got rear ended at a red light, was that your choice? Was that your decision that made that happen? I guess I shouldn’t have went out grocery shopping that day!

Blizz could very easily just make an in-game poll if they really wanted to know. And that would be fantastic. And they’ll never do it.

Some people still seem to think the Classic team cares what the players want. Step one is realizing that’s simply not true. Nor is some respect for the authenticity of the old game. If that was the case, RDF would be in the game.

So what it really boils down to it putting the least amount of work and effort into the project. Laziness and incompetence are why RDF isn’t in Wrath Classic.

I have a vague memory of Brian mocking the idea of polls about the game. The typical Blizz conceit.

trust levels do not mean much to me.

Another great design choice, should account bound…lol. Makes sense going it that way to get around bad design. Both sides put down the other about what toons they post on.

Funny how most of the anti-rdf people don’t even play wotlk classic. Worgen hunters, lvl 20 deathknights, blood elf warriors, monks, demonhunters. All seem anti rdf. All post on alts. Almost as if the game to them is just tiding off rdf at the moment for…. God knows why.

Give rdf for leveling 1-79 so those of us that actually play classic can utilize the option. You don’t have to, if you ever decide to play.

Funny how you make this assumption when forum avatar used means nothing to who is or isnt playing wotlkc.

He’s just going to spit some nonsense on how he spent the last 88 years making social connections.

He has full groups ready at all times, he made 188 best friends this phase.

It’s all bull.

Everything you said is bull, as i have never claimed any of that. You took what i did say and greatly exaggerated it.

But thats what you normally do.

I get what you’re saying but it only makes more sense to go to posting by bnet/account rather than by character. Would make all the hullabaloo about retail v classic or low level avatars a moot point.

It’s going to be a whole 'nother issue to get people to actually read and evaluate the ideas rather than writing off based on avatar. That being said the poster that brought this discussion about (not the poster I quoted) has at times argued in bad faith and I tend to not take them seriously at all. I do read their posts but most are not worth the time spent in my opinion.

How many times have you said to people that you spent all this time making “social connections”???

You always find groups because of it.

You’re full of it like always. You’re 1 of the most fake people on these forums.

i think its just best like you suggested. not to respond to him. but i think we need to take it to the next level is just to not to reference him anymore. its like invoking beetlejuice.

Add the ability to invite people from other servers to the LFG tool. Give us a button to teleport to dungeon from the LFG tool. Best of both worlds.

I have a lot of friends and social connections. I dont always get a full group with them but its usually a functional group. I chose to pug regularly to try and make more social connections. Then again i have spent about 3 years making my social connections in this game and actively trying to do that.

There are some things outside of our control thats true, but a lot of stuff that does happen is based on our previous choices.

Yes and no. You made a choice to go out driving, so to a degree you did contribute to that outcome happening. For more detail lets say you chose to go out driving new years eve to buy groceries you dont immediately need. people who pay attention to trends understand there is a higher chance to encounter a drunk driver on new years eve night than most other nights in the year. So chosing to go out at this time did contribute toward the outcome of you getting rear ended. A choice you made before the accident contributed to the outcome. Im not saying the accident was your fault, but if you paid attention to details related to drunk driver incidents and new years eve night you may have chosen to wait until tomorrow to go shopping for groceries. Just as if you were not there at launch you can look at the server population statistics to try and find a healthy server.

And this part relates to what i just said above, the person chose benediction, but what time does he regularly play? 3am server time? If he regularly plays at an off time, he can search of a server that is more active at that time. Everyone has choices to make that effect the outcomes of their circumstances.

Here it is…

Hey yo. can we be friends and have a social connection through the wow Forums?

I do spend a lot of time trying to make social connections. But that doesnt mean i have said this crap.

I spent the time since classic launcged making social connections. And i never claimed every social connevtion i make is my best friend, nor that i made 188 this phase.

If i had to guesstimate how many people i have social connections to total, it would be around 200+ and thats 3 years of working toward that. And that doesnt mean i know all of them individually. It means i have a friend in a guild and through them i have participated in activities with that guild and made social connections within that guild. They are not my best friend, but i can ask them if they want to run something, need help with anything, exc.

I regularly pug to try to make new social connections, but only 5-10% of those usually result in a social connection.

Thats a big difference from what you were claiming i said.

Gets carried every week by his raid in a guild he’s ranked 38th in DPS performance out of 2 raid teams, literally the worst of the worst because he can’t be bothered to “try” on easy Naxx content.

Spends 8 hours a day defending anti RDF.

Fake weirdo.

Only if you’re on the same server. In fact, the forums should be restricted to server only. There is no social interaction with strangers.

It becomes relevant when you pretend you do then make statements that directly show you have no clue what is actually happening in game.
